Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging (for example, clothing must be unworn/unwashed, CDs/vinyls must be unopened).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Non-returnable items

Digital downloads, gift cards, and tickets are non-refundable.

Sale items may not be eligible for return (optional – up to you).

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
