We sell music, merchandise, and related products from The Clause.
All descriptions, images, and prices of products are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is current, complete, or error-free.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities of any product.
- Refuse any order you place with us.
- Modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
We accept major payment methods supported by Shopify’s checkout system.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at theclausestore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Certain items such as digital downloads, music files, or gift cards are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All content on this Site—including music, images, text, graphics, and logos—is the property of The Clause or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

15. Competitions
1. Eligibility
• Open to UK residents aged 18+ (or local age of majority).
• No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
• One entry per person, regardless of entry route.
2. How to Enter
You may enter the competition in one of the following ways:
1. Purchase the Gatefold variant of The Clause’s debut album, Victim Of A Casual Thing
2. Sign up to The Clause’s official mailing list via https://theclause.os.fan/victim-of-a-casual-thing
3. Follow @theclauseuk on Instagram and comment ‘WIN’ on the relevant post from 1st October 2025
Each entry route is free and equally valid.
3. Prize
• The prize is 1 signed Fender Jazzmaster guitar, personally owned and used by the band.
• No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.
4. Winner Selection
• Winner chosen at random from all valid entries received by 24th October 2025
• Draw will be conducted fairly and independently.
• Winner will be notified by email within 7 days.
5. General
• Entrants agree that their entry details may be used for competition administration.
• Signing up to the mailing list is optional and subject to The Clause’s privacy policy.
• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or any other third party platform.
6. Compliance with OCC Chart Rules
• Entries via album purchase will be counted for competition
